Hoorah for the new BP

After coming back from the trip, i slept almost the whole day the next day due to exhaustion. Luckily, i was still on leave. Hehehehe...had wanted to extend my trip but the bus company wanted to charge an extra SGD14 for service charge? Chuh, doesn't seemed to serve much purpose thus abandoned plans. Reached KL almost midnite. I spent the better half of the next day walking around like zombie before going to swim in the later part of the evening. There wasn't much sun so i didn't really get tanned. In fact, it was starting to rain so i did a quick one and rushed home.

Feeling guilty of not gym-ing for the past week, i went for BA and BP. The new BA release is torturing though there were not as many lunges as the previous release. I love the part where we do leg curls to each 4 corners, pretty much similar to round the world! This time, we didn't run in circles, but rather ran in a straight line, yeah kinda like playing the mother hen guarding the chicks...hehehehe

By midway, i was gasping for air already. It's either i had lost my stamina or the new release is rather taxing. I stayed on for BP as i heard the new release is fantastic. I was not disappointed. I simply love Track 5, which is the tricep track, not for the dips but simply for the great song Who Knew by Pink. The chest track, Have a Nice Day by Bon Jovi was good too. Found Track 4, Africa and shoulder track, One Nite In Bangkok enjoyable. Another of my fave song is Hips don't Lie and it's a bit weird making it the conditioning track but i love it although the intro of side planks is an absolute torture. The cooldown song, So Far Away about New Zealand sounds very much like an Enya song....My only grouse is the lunge track, which is not really my fave all this while. This time we had to do it with one leg stepping on the bench which made the lunges deeper and even more painful!!! All in all a great release. The best among all the Les Mills program i must say...
