Big Bully...

On Mon, after gym, I wanted to goto the pasar malam (night market) and decided to swing by that area to see whether I was lucky enough to get a parking space. The whole area as usual is congested and while I was stuck on the road, I could see all the people who walked past going to the pasar malam. This was supposedly the biggest pasar malam in PJ lar. I love going there for the food variety and just simply browsed through all the knick-knacks that the hawkers peddle. I used to go quite regularly after Mon gym. Usually, it’s easier to find parking after 9.30pm as most people would have left by then.

Anyways, back to the parking, I actually managed to get a spot (illegal parking) in a side lane but hey, everyone also parked there mah so no problem lor. I locked my car and everything and was about to step off from the car when this huge car behind me wanted to turn into the small lane. I sat for awhile and observed the driver trying to maneuver her car into the lane to ensure that she doesn’t banged into my car. However, she just maneuver, maneuver, then stopped…halloo…it’s like she’s judgmentally-challenged or something….even the blind also can see the car is too big to go into the lane lar (of course my car was “partly’ blocking the way as well) Haiyo, so I finally decided to just go home and forget about my pasar malam rather than getting my car scratched. So I got out but I needed to turn one big round to get back to the main road. When I passed by the same side lane where I parked just minutes ago, I was furious cos the big car was now in my parking spot!! Hmmm….talked about “tai har sai” (big bully the small)

See, that's like a society's problem. We see it all the time on the road. All the big cars like to 'bully' the small cars or rather they tend to barged their way in or moved so near to the back that they seemed to kiss our cars backside! The worse of the lot are the buses and lorries...they are seriously intimidating! Especially when they kept hovering at the back and pressed their accelerator impatiently or flicked their lights to ask you to speed it or move it!
